The Brief

Our team was asked to convert and redesign the existing apartment on the second and third floors of this Chelsea property. We were asked to create a new layout to make the apartment more streamlined than previously, and which could also introduce a new exterior terrace to the rear of the building. We were appointed as Architects and Contract Administrator, managing the whole project from start to finish.

What we Did

This was a multi-layered project, and we liaised with the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to achieve planning permission for a brand new roof terrace to be added to the rear of the apartment. Our team worked hard on altering and streamlining the existing internal layout to improve the whole flow of the apartment, which included the new roof terrace. The bathrooms were all reworked to make better use of the available space, and we introduced bespoke fitted storage into each room. The overall aim was to maximise space whilst maintaining a welcoming and cosy atmosphere for our clients.
